Acceptance of Terms:
By using LIINK GROUP’s services or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Scope:

  • Our services include digital operational support for takeaway restaurants, including website setup, payment integration, menu management, receipt printing workflow, onboarding, and operational support.
  • LIINK GROUP does not operate your restaurant, handle food preparation, or process orders on your behalf.

Payment & Pricing:

  • All service fees are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid via our secure payment channels.
  • Pricing is subject to change for new customers, but existing orders will honor the rate at the time of purchase.

User Obligations:

  • Provide accurate business and operational information for setup and support
  • Follow UK laws for business operations, data protection, and food safety
  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass system security, or interfere with other merchants’ data

Service Modifications:

  • LIINK GROUP may update services or features to improve platform performance.
  • Changes do not affect existing services already delivered unless agreed upon with the merchant.

Limitation of Liability:

  • LIINK GROUP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue or customer complaints arising from external factors.
  • We are not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party services (e.g., Stripe, email systems, delivery providers).

Termination of Services:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the user violates terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.

Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
